1. General
This offer is non-binding. We reserve the right to change vintages, prices, and to sell products to other customers before purchase, as well as to correct obvious errors.
2. Payment terms
Our prices are net in Swiss francs, including VAT. Payment is due upon ordering or delivery. Upon prior agreement, we deliver to established customers against invoice, payable within 10 days net. In case of late payment, a monthly default interest rate of 1% will be automatically charged. The goods remain the property of Schellenberg Wein until full payment of the invoice.
3rd delivery
Deliveries are made only by prior arrangement. Shipping and handling costs are not included in the prices quoted. It is possible to pick up your order at the agreed location after prior telephone notification.
4. Exchanges and returns
Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Cancellation of ordered products is only possible after consultation with Schellenberg Wein. Products specially ordered for the customer are excluded from exchange and return. If, after written confirmation from Schellenberg Wein, products are nevertheless accepted for return, the customer will receive a credit note less a processing fee per item after receipt and inspection of the goods. The price valid on the day of the return or exchange always serves as the basis for all returns and exchanges. If this price exceeds the invoiced or paid price, the maximum refund will be the price paid.
5. Plug replacement
Domestic and imported wines bottled in Switzerland that have a corked taste will be replaced or credited within 12 months of the delivery date. The bottles in question must be at least three-quarters full and must be returned to us carriage paid or handed over to one of our sales representatives.
6. Youth protection
The sale of beer and wine to those under 16, and of spirits to those under 18, is prohibited in Switzerland. Purchasing wine from the online shop is only possible for those 18 years of age and older. By placing an order, the customer confirms the accuracy of their information and therefore their eligibility to purchase.
7. Choice of law and jurisdiction
This legal relationship is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the district court in Bülach.
